Inspector notes: Pipes below 3 compartment sink missing wall covers and inner wall is exposed. One of the covers is present on the West side of the sink but is not attached to the wall. Small crevice between junction of floor and wall near mop sink (West wall) appear to be accumulating debris and is not easily cleanable. Coved base should be installed. Please repair these areas to provide sealed or easily cleanable surfaces to provide internal walls and eliminate possible harborage areas for pests. ***2nd consecutive violation***
