Inspector notes: Observed dark black organic matter on the ceiling inside the ice machine. Also observed black organic matter on the soda guns in the bar. Per person in charge (PIC) the soda guns and the soda machine nozzles are soaked in soda water over night. Discussed with PIC to switch to a soap, rinse, sanitize and thoroughly airdry. PIC cleaned at time of inspection. Per PIC the ice machine is cleaned by a third party. Discussed with PIC to follow up with the third party to ensure the ice machine is cleaned by next routine inspection

Inspector notes: Observed single use disposable soup cups stored in dried goods such as chicken seasoning, all-purpose flour and sugar. Also observed ice buckets stored upright with water in the bottom and the large ice scoops were stored directly on boxes. Discussed with PIC In-use utensils must be stored in a clean, dry location; in running water; or in hot water above 135°F. If utensils are stored in food, the handles must be stored above the surface of the food. Ice buckets and ice scoops shall be stored upside down on a smooth cleanable surface. All in-use utensils were properly stored at time of inspection
