Medium Risk

Diego Pops has been inspected seven times since 2024. The most recent visit was on Jan 15, 2026. Medium risk typically reflects a handful of issues that inspectors wrote up but didn't deem critical.

There hasn't been much movement either way: counts have stayed near one violation per visit across recent inspections.

Compared to other Scottsdale restaurants (averaging 95), there's room to close the gap. Nothing in the record is alarming, but there's room to improve.
