Pipes were not connected causing water to spill directly onto the floor when turned on. Staff stated they were told not to use this handwashing sink until it is repaired. Proper and prompt repair is required. Handwashing sinks are to be maintained in good repair at all times. Spoke with the manager,, who stated they were having trouble attaining the correct part.
