Inspector notes: -- Observed employee spray off and soak dirty dishes/utensils with hands, then start putting away clean dishes without washing their hands between tasks. The inspector educated to the employee the importance of proper handwashing after changing tasks multiple times, and they continued to handle both dirty dishes and clean dishes without handwashing between change of tasks. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC). Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks. The person in charge had a conversation with the employee regarding hand washing requirements at the time of inspection
