Inspector notes: Observed a handwashing sink with no paper hand towels. When asked, PIC stated they were out of paper hand towels and they were on back order. Educated PIC that all handwashing stations require disposable hand towels for all employees to dry hands after washing. PIC was able to provide cloth hand towels for usage until delivery of paper towels. PIC provided hand drying provision for handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrected at time of inspection
