Inspector notes: Observed walk in cooler in kitchen with an ambient temperature of 53* F using a max/min thermometer.. Units must be able to maintain food at 41*F or lower. As per the person in charge, repairs were started on unit the previous day. Workers returned during inspection to repair unit. Repair company is looking for parts to repair. Owner is also bringing small refrigeration unit to site to hold food cold while waiting for repair. A reinspection will be completed on 8/14/2024 at approximately 2:30pm to verify unit is able to maintain food at 41*F or lower
