Inspector notes: Observed in-use ware washer at bar with chlorine sanitizer concentration measured less than 10 ppm at time of inspection. Reviewed the sanitizer concentration parameters with manager. Manager contacted technician to repair the ware washer at time of inspection and establishment has another ware washer in the kitchen for using. Please don't use the ware washer at bar until being repaired
