Inspector notes: Observed handwashing sink located under the cashier bar with no running water, portable tank observed empty. Observed other portable handwashing sink located opposite of ice cream cart set up in a manner with splash flowing onto the ground causing graywater build-up. PIC restocked handwashing sink under cashier bar with water at time of inspection. Informed staff to use bigger container to catch graywater from portable handsink in order to avoid graywater build-up from splash. Facilities shall be maintained in conditions that promote handwashing
