Conveying Sewage
Inspector notes: Observed two floor sinks, in dry storage and in the ware washing area, and the employee toilet at the back of the kitchen, to be overflowing onto the floor with sewage. At the beginning of the inspection, the toilet was un-installed, and the waste line was being serviced, all floor sinks were checked by inspector and observed to not have any standing water. During the inspection, the toilet waste line and floor sinks in the back of the kitchen began to back-up. On-site maintenance is addressing the back-up and is working on clearing the line. PIC is voluntarily closing the kitchen and will contact inspector once the plumbing correction has been made, and the affected kitchen areas and equipment have been cleaned and disinfected. Re-inspection within 24 hours. Improper disposal of waste provides a potential for contamination of food, utensils, and equipment and, therefore, may cause serious illness or disease outbreaks

There appears to have been drywall/plumbing repairs that were not completed, leaving exposed and unsealed drywall, holes and voids around pipes. Please install FRP or another smooth, easily cleanable, and non-absorbent material from the top of the mop sink and extending above the faucet. The drywall next to the mop sink can be repaired and painted/sealed. Repair walls to smooth, durable, smooth and easy to clean condition
