Inspector notes: Observed ice buildup around fan and racks in walk-in freezer. Discussed with person in charge importance of keeping ice buildup at a minimum to prevent fan damage and drippage contacting any product. PIC stated they defrost the freezer every other month and would put another work order in. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection
