Inspector notes: Observed at the hand wash sink at the front by the register to have the hot water valve at 54*F when turned on and the cold valve at 74*F when turned on. Discussed with PIC handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Also observed empty food containers stored in the hand wash sink basin in the back of the facility PIC will ensure establishment discontinues use of handwash sink for all activities that are not for handwashing. PIC relocated the food containers and the put in a maintenance request at time of inspection

Also observed food debris on sheet trays in the compartment under the oven at the front food prep area. Discussed with PIC all equipment shall be stored away as clean to sight and touch. PIC relocated all food-contact surfaces to warewashing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized at the time of inspection

Inspector notes: Observed hand wash sink in the back of the facility storing a full container of floor cleaner in the basin. Also observed no hand soap at the hand wash sink by the register. Per the Person in Charge(PIC) there is not an extra soap in the facility to stock the sink. PIC stated no food prepping will take place the rest of the day and the next shift incoming manager will bring in soap. PIC cleared out the basin in the back handwash sink at the time of inspection. Discussed with PIC Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing

Also observed the three compartment sink to have a rusty and white build up in the sink basins and drain board. Discussed with Person in Charge (PIC) all fixed equipment when not easily movable to properly clean shall be sealed with caulking to create a smooth and cleanable surface. Also discussed with PIC to fix/ replace / clean the three compart sink and drainboards and all equipment shall be cleaned and in good repair
