Equipment not in good repair or proper adjustment
Inspector notes: Observed freezer door directly in front of the bags of ice and adjacent to the frozen foods and ice cream that is not closing properly. There is an approximately 2-3 inch gap where the door does not close, and this is allowing excess moisture to get into the freezer area based on the observation of excessive ice building up on the freezer fans. This door gap can affect the freezer integrity and also lead to issues with holding the food safely. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection
