Inspector notes: During active food prep in the kitchen area, observed no paper towels available at the handwashing sink. Sink was also partially blocked with containers of food and rags. Person in charge promptly refilled the empty paper towel dispenser and removed the items from around the handwashing sink. PIC provided hand drying provision for handwash sink at time of inspection. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing

Inspector notes: Observed drain at the 3-compartment sink that was clogged. Water was not draining or was draining extremely slowly. Discussed with person in charge to seek plumbing services to clear the drain at the 3-compartment sink. Person in charge reached out to a plumber to service the drain and anticipates the plumber arriving today. Advised PIC not to use the 3-compartment sink until the clog is cleared. PIC has other clean dishes and utensils in storage that can be utilized in the meantime. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair plumbing to a state of good repair. a 24-hour re-inspection will occur on 07/23/2025 for the clogged drain at the 3-compartment sink
