Inspector notes: Observed a frozen liquid on the ground below the fan in the walk-in freezer. Discussed with PIC to remove the frozen liquid and fix/replace/repair anything that is causing the liquid to buildup. Also observed ice bags stored on the ground. discussed with PIC all food shall be stored 6 inches off the ground. PIC relocated the bagged ice at the time of inspection

Discussed with Person in Charge (PIC) to ensure food safety, prevent physical contamination and the transmission of disease; employee eating, drinking, beverage storage, and using tobacco must be done in an approved area. PIC redirected employee to the designated area and will retrain on proper eating, drinking, and tobacco use

Inspector notes: Observed drainage pipes missing a 1-inch air gap at the three compartment sink and the turbo chef oven in the food prep area. Discussed with PIC all drainage pipes that empty into floor sinks shall have a minimum of 1 inch of air between the floor sink and the drainage pipe to prevent back syphoning of contaminants. Also observed the hand wash sink next to the three compartment sink functioning, but not effectively attached to the wall. Discussed with PIC all plumbing shall be maintained and in good repair
