Discussed moving drink to a designated area away from food prep to reduce risk of contamination. Employee moved the drink to another area. Inspector notes: Observed an employee (third-party company) heating and preparing food with gloved hands. The employee also touched phone between food items going back and forth between the phone and the food without washing hands of donning new gloves. Also observed the same employee go to 3-compartment sink wish dishes, then back to food without washing hands or donning new gloves. Employee was asked to properly wash hands at time of inspection. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC). Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks.
