Instructed employees on proper warewashing procedures of wash with soap, rinse with clean water, then sanitize in quat sanitizer with a concentration of 150-400ppm for minimum 1 minute contact time. UTENSILS and FOOD-CONTACT SURFACES of EQUIPMENT shall be SANITIZED before use after cleaning.
