Inspector notes: Observed several bags of bagged beef jerky with an expiration date of 12/13/2024. Observed several individually wrapped beef snack sticks with expiration dates ranging from 9/15/2024 to 11/18/2024. Person in charge disposed of the expired beef jerky and beef snack sticks (see embargo form). Discussed with person in charge to routinely check expiration dates and dispose of expired food product when necessary. All food must be in good condition, safe, and unadulterated. All adulterated food was discarded at time of inspection

Inspector notes: Observed a heavy accumulation of soils and other organic matter inside the floor drain near the walk-in cooler door. Discussed with person in charge to clean all floor drains on a more frequent basis to minimize the accumulation of food debris and other organic soils in the floor drains. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection
