At the time of inspection, the establishment had already placed a work order for the leak and had a plumber on site fixing the leak. Per plumber, the leak was originating from the ice machine above the soda fountain. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times

All floors, walls, and ceilings must be maintained and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection. 6-501.12 - Core: Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions Addl Notes: Observed accumulation of dust and other debris along the fans and ceilings inside the walk-in refrigerators. Also observed accumulation of fountain drink syrup and other food debris underneath the soda machines.
