Inspector notes: Observed sandwich prep fridge unit to have an ambient temperature of 50.7*F. Establishment has other properly working refrigeration units. Sandwich fridge stored tartar sauce, mayo, jalapenos, and coleslaw. Instructed person in charge to not store any TCS items in fridge until repaired. Coleslaw was put in unit within an hour prior to inspection and moved to alternative fridge. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection
