Inspector notes: -- Chlorine concentration undetectable on dishes in low temp sanitizing dishwasher. Reviewed chlorine concentration requirements with the person in charge: must be between 50ppm-100ppm. After priming and rerunning the dishwasher multiple times, the concentration consistently tested below 50ppm. The inspector requested at the time of inspection the dishwasher be turned off and a "out of order/do not use" sign be placed on equipment until repairs can be completed by service technician. Requested PIC relocate all food-contact surfaces to ware washing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized at the time of inspection. Ensure employees are utilizing test strips to verify food contact surfaces and equipment are sanitized at the proper concentration
