Also observed a different butcher knife and potato peeler stored dirty on the knife magnet above the three compartment sink. Per PIC the left side is where the clean dishes are to be stored for proper airdrying. Discussed with PIC Equipment should be clean to sight and touch when not in used and to keep the drainboard meant for airdrying clean dishes, clean of dirty dishes. Discussed to clean the three compartment sink before next use
