Inspector notes: Observed 3 compartment sink with 0ppm concentration of sanitizer at time of inspection. Establishment used quaternary ammonium sanitizer, but ran out of the sanitizer this morning. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. Located chlorine from chemical storage at time of inspection. Demonstrated to PIC how to measure sanitizer levels for using chlorine sanitizer. Establishment will use chlorine sanitizer until they receive more quaternary ammonium sanitizer
