Inspector notes: Observed the prep sink by the rice cooker with constant dripping at the time of inspection. Also observed the handwashing sink in the back disconnected at the base and leaking onto the floor. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. PIC has a work order in for the handwashing sink and is putting one in for the prep sink faucet

PIC put steak back on the grill ,all TCS foods improperly hot held were reheated at time of inspection
