Inspector notes: Observed a long hose with a shut off nozzle is attached to an atmospheric vacuum breaker supplied mop sink. The mop sink was not in use during the inspection. Talked to staff about shut off valves, and gave a copy of the plumbing handout for the county. Hose was disconnected during the inspection. Ensure that there is no shut off device downstream from the AVP on the mop sink
