Inspector notes: Observed floral scented Clorox bleach in the back room. PIC stated that the bleach is used for sanitizing. Informed PIC that scented bleach is cannot be used with food-contact surfaces due to the added chemicals from fragrance. PIC removed the chemical from the premises at time of inspection. PIC got unscented bleach from retail and will use unscented bleach for the sanitizing of food contact surfaces. Chemical sanitizers and antimicrobials for food contact surfaces shall meet requirements in 40 CFR 180.940 or 40 CFR 180.2020

Inspector notes: Observed no hand soap available at the hand sink in the back room. Employee stated that they do not use the hand sink in the back room. Explained to PIC that all hand sinks must be supplied with soap at all times. Explained to PIC that the hand sink is required in the back room for handwashing before scooping ice and during ware washing. Hand soap was provided at time of inspection. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing.
