Inspector notes: Observed dark organic matter in the inside of the soda nozzles on both of the machines in use. Informed PIC that the nozzles need to be cleaned and continue to be cleaned at a rate which precludes the growth of organic matter. Discussed with PIC and employee that the nozzles need to go through a wash, rinse, and sanitize steps and suggested that they use a brush of the insides. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch
