Inspector notes: Observed an internal ambient temperature of the walk in cooler on site to be at 48-50*F. Equipment must hold cold food at or below 41*F. Multiple food items recorded to be at 47-48*F. Temperature control for safety (TCS) foods were discarded and door kept closed for remaining of inspection. Person in charge contacted repair company to fix. No TCS foods are to be in unit until repaired. TCS foods may be stored in other cold hold refrigeration in store. No menu items that require food to be cooled in walk in cooler (chicken wings) may be served until unit is repaired. While on site when door was closed unit did drop to 42*F while on site (1 hour)
