Inspector notes: Observed dishwashing machine in use with 0 ppm of chlorine after 3 fresh cycles. Chlorine must be kept in the concentration as stated on the bottle (50-200) ppm. Prior to end of inspection, manager was able to get the dishwashing machine working. Dishes were rewashed at the proper concentration
