Inspector notes: Observed staff leave restroom and return to kitchen without washing hands. Staff was instructed to wash hands before preparing orders. Also observed another staff member drop a container on the floor, pick it up, and begin to continue completing order. Staff was instructed to discard gloves, wash hands, and put on new pair of gloves. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC). Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks. Provided handout
