Sticker showed a preparation time of about 6:45 AM today and PIC confirmed the time was correct. PIC discarded the lettuce. Two other containers of chopped lettuce with the same preparation time were found at 41*F or below right next to the containers that were at 53-54*F. Discussed best cooling methods with PIC and positioning in the walk-in to promote cooling
