Inspector notes: Observed Pepsi logo display vending machine used to stored chicken salad sandwiches and milk which are Time/temperature control for safety foods (TCS). The vending machine that serves TCS foods in use did not have an automatic shut off for when there is a problem with its operation. The vending machine shall be replaced with a Vending machine with a shut off after the temperature rises above 41ᵒ F for more than 30 minutes immediately after the machine is filled, serviced, or restocked. A re-inspection is scheduled for 4/8/26 to verify automatic locking mechanism is installed
