Inspector notes: Observed multiple boxes of cups and lids stored on the floor near the coffee area at time of inspection. Food must be stored at least 6 inches off the ground at all times to prevent contamination from the premises

Inspector notes: Observed various kimbap rolls (internal temperature of 70*F) with no time indicating when time as a control started. Person in charge indicated these rolls were prepared at their sister restaurant and transported to this restaurant; they arrived at 1:20 pm. Establishment had policy on-site from when they made the rolls themselves. Time as a Public Health Control requires written procedures detailing process for Time as a Public Health Control and time-stamping for items actively held under Time as a Public Health Control. Discussed creating a time as a control log that travels from the sister restaurant to the on-site restaurant (inspector email them an example). Person in charge called sister restaurant and sister restaurant indicated these rolls were prepared at 1 pm. The time was documented on the rolls
