Inspector notes: Observed several (6+) crickets, both alive and dead, located near the first takeout window and underneath metal racks in the dry storage area. Per PIC, establishment was serviced by a certified pest control applicator on 7/16 and was able to provide an invoice of the servicing. Establishment must be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. Must eliminate current pest control problem and obtain pest control from a certified and licensed pest control specialist by re-inspection
