Inspector notes: Observed sanitizer concentration of 0ppm in dishwasher after several runs. On final run attempt, dishwasher displayed an error stating that there was no sanitizer and no available staff was able to troubleshoot the error. Manager at time of visit posted a sign to not use dishwasher and directed staff to only use 3-comp sink for ware washing until dishwasher is serviced. Discussed the importance of proper monitoring of sanitizer levels
