According to time stamp, food had been placed out less than 5 minutes prior to inspection and had an internal temperature of 68*F. Food was discarded at time of inspection. Provided training to employees on time as a control requirements that food MUST be discarded within 4 hours after being removed from temperature controlled environment. Ensure all TCS foods are kept with timestamps and discarded within 4 hours
