Inspector notes: Observed food debris and organic matter build up at the dish washing area and drink station. Walls of the dish area, around the three compartment sink, and the floor drain need to be deep cleaned. Counter by the soda machine, napkin dispenser, and sugar/condiment holder need to be cleaned as well. Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues

Inspector notes: Faucet at the prep sink, mop sink, and hand washing sink near the ice machine are all leaking when shut off. Ensure these faucets are repaired prior to the next routine inspection. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times
