Inspector notes: Observed hollandaise sauce and blanched potatoes being used according to establishment's Time as Control policy that were not timestamped with the times they were removed from temperature control and the discard time. Please ensure all TCS foods being placed on a Time As Control policy are labeled with the times they are removed from temperature control and times they will be discarded. All TCS foods being held under time as a control were properly time stamped at time of inspection

Inspector notes: Establishment's menu does not have consumer advisory reminder statement or corresponding disclosure (*) for any menu items with undercooked proteins, such as lamb chops, steak, and eggs any style. Offering and serving undercooked proteins requires an approved consumer advisory at all points of sale; and must contain an approved disclosure method and reminder statement

Inspector notes: Establishment does not have a thermometer that can be used to verify temperatures at high-temperature mechanical dishwasher in bar area. Please ensure a waterproof thermometer such as a "lollipop" style thermometer, plate thermometer, or other device like thermal dots are available to verify dishwasher temperatures

Inspector notes: Observed sanitizer buckets at active food handling areas with concentration of 0ppm quaternary ammonium. All wet wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations. Wiping cloths were placed in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations at time of inspection
