Inspector notes: Observed food contact surfaces being actively sanitized in the three-compartment sink with a 0ppm concentration of quat. Upon further investigation, it was found that the dispenser is outputting a 0ppm concentration. PIC hand dosed and brought the sink to an approved concentration at time of inspection. Informed PIC that that the food contact surfaces need to be sanitized properly. All food contact surfaces were properly sanitized at time of inspection. PIC agreed to hand dose quat until the dispenser is outputting an approved sanitizer concentration. PIC called in service for the dispenser at time of inspection. Food-contact surfaces must be properly sanitized after washing and rinsing. Food-contact surfaces were properly sanitized at time of inspection

Inspector notes: Observed the establishment using quat for sanitizing food contact surfaces with no quat test strips available onsite. Informed PIC that quat test strips need to be obtained prior to reinspection on 9/12/2025. Test strips are required for any sanitizers used with food contact surfaces. Provide sanitizer test strips prior to re-inspection

Inspector notes: No Certified Food Protection Manager was available onsite at time of inspection. PIC stated that they are in the process of obtaining one. Informed PIC that at least one person who is a Certified Food Protection Manager needs to be onsite during all hours of operation. A Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) is required to be on the premises during all hours of operation

Inspector notes: Observed the drainpipe from the three-compartment sink extending down into the floor drain. Informed PIC that there needs to be at least a one-inch airgap between the outlet of the pipe and the top of the floor drain. Please bring the pipe back into good repair. Discussed the importance of preventing backflow with PIC. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection
