Inspector notes: Observed 6 carcasses of American cockroaches, and 20+ fruit fly carcasses throughout the basement of the establishment. Discussed proper pest control methods with PIC. PIC stated that they have pest control servicings scheduled every month, and was able to provide invoices at time of inspection. Establishment must be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. Must eliminate current pest control problem and obtain pest control from a certified and licensed pest control specialist by next routine inspection
