Inspector notes: Observed an employee spraying off a dirty container lid. Employee ran the lid through a dishwashing cycle and once the cycle was complete, they placed the lid to air dry. Hands were not washed between dirty and clean dishes. Hands must be washed when going from dirty dishes to clean dishes. Employee properly washed their hands and rewashed the container lid
