Per person-in-charge (PIC), sanitizer is obtained from wall pump. Observed sanitizer connection to wall pump almost empty. PIC replaced sanitizer container and refilled sanitizer buckets with quaternary ammonia sanitizer at 300ppm at time of inspection. All wet wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations

Discussed approved use of sanitizers with the person-in-charge (PIC). Sanitizer must be used at concentrations and in an approved manner per manufacturer instructions, 40 CFR 180.940, and 40 CFR 180.2020. Sanitizer was diluted by PIC to approved levels at time of inspection. Discussed using test strips to measure all sanitizers to ensure they are within their appropriate/adequate ranges per 40 CFR 180.940, and 40 CFR 180.2020
