Per PIC, the milk, eggs, and raw pork inside two-door cooler was stocked 20 minutes prior to inspection. Cold holding equipment shall have the capacity to maintain TCS foods at 41°F or below. PIC moved milk, eggs, and raw pork to functioning walk-in cooler that maintains TCS foods at 41°F. Establishment shall repair two-door cooler such that it maintains TCS foods at 41°F or below prior to re-inspection on 11/25/25
