All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. PIC relocated all food-contact surfaces to warewashing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized at the time of inspection

Inspector notes: Observed drain under the drink station with organic matter build up. Observed drainpipe loose and fallen into the basin. PIC was informed to clean the drain and to fix the drainpipe so that it is at least an inch above the basin opening to prevent back flow. PIC fixed the drainpipe. Discussed the importance of keeping the drains clean and monitoring that they work properly. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times
