Inspector notes: Observed an unnecessary extension on the faucet of the three-compartment sink, causing weight to the fixture. The fixture has slumped downwards, causing the spout to sit slightly below the outer flood rim. Extension was removed at time of inspection. Proper and permanent repair is required. Discussed air gap requirements with staff. Also observed heavy calcification on the spout of the handwashing sink near the Eating and Drinking Service area. Staff to clean and repair. Plumbing must be maintained in good working order
