Inspector notes: Observed dried up meat debris on meat bandsaw food contact surface. PIC stated saw was last used day prior to inspection. According to PIC, all equipment is cleaned at the end of day and discussed proper cleaning frequency to prevent build up on food contact surfaces

Inspector notes: Observed two separate tongs used to retrieve raw chicken and raw beef stored in display case where raw meat liquid was present. After discussion with PIC, they stated tongs are cleaned every other day, discussed cleaning frequency of 24 hours if kept under refrigeration. Also discussed importance of separating tongs to prevent any cross contamination in between uses. Also observed several build up of dried meat residue in saw equipment. According to PIC, saw machine isnt used frequently. Had discussion to visually inspect each piece of equipment in meat department to ensure it is frequently being cleaned and sanitized in between uses
