Inspector notes: Observed a damp wiping cloth draped over a quat sanitizer spray bottle. Alerted the manager, who put the damp used cloth in the hamper at the time of inspection. Cloths used for cleaning must be handled in one of the following ways: 1) stored in a sanitizer solution and refreshed every 4 hours, or 2) replaced after each use, or 3) a single-use paper towel may be used if discarded after each use.
