Inspector notes: Observed no paper towels at the handwashing sink in the kitchen, near the entrance door. PIC contacted EVS for paper towels. Food employees do not have access to paper towels and must contact EVS to refill. Discussed keeping additional supplies in the kitchen so that employees are able to wash and dry hands. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Handwashing sinks must always be stocked with hot water, soap and paper towels
