Employee pants are touching the food part of the utensils, then using the utensil again in foods for customers. Talked to manager on site about utensil storage. Ensure that utensils are kept in clean areas, and not along exposed equipment, hood frame or other areas that would lead utensils to come in contact with dirty surfaces
