The shrimp provider previously had a processor permit under FD-88717, but was closed out in May 2023. Internet research finds the shrimp provider with a processing address in Puerto Penasco, Mexico. The person in charge was only able to produce a generic paper invoice from the establishment and no bill of lading for the international sale of the shrimp
